Many of the search items (select boxes) enable you to select more than one item from the list. To select multiple items from one select box, hold down your "Ctrl" key as you click ("Cmd" key for Mac users) and each clicked item will be added to the selection. If you do not hold down the "Ctrl" key your previous selection will be replaced the newly clicked single item.

When selecting multiple items from a single select box, keep in mind the database is searched with an "OR" perspective and not "AND". This means listings returned from a search will have at least one of the options selcted but DOES NOT require that the property shall have ALL search options selected in each multi-select search field.

For example, If under HEATING you select "Oil" and "Baseboard", you will be returned listings that have either "Oil' OR "Baseboards" but does not mean they need to have both. In certain cicumstances this may provide undesired results as a home with "Electric" and "Baseboard" will be returned as it includes "baseboard" but not oil (both chosen search items).
